How to create my final Miss Havisham look

Products needed to create my final Miss Havisham makeup look:
  • Supracolour pallet
  • MAC red lip liner
  • Dermacolour concealer pallet
  • Liquid latex
  • Illamasqua translucent powder
  • Vaseline
  • Illamasqua Intrue blusher

·
Step by step of how to create my final Miss Havisham makeup look:

  1. Mix the white and black Supracolour on the back of your hand to create a very pale grey colour. Apply this all over the face including the lips, ears and down the neck. Using a foundation brush and a duo fibre brush to buff the product into the skin.
  2. Mix the two shades of red from the Supracolour pallet and then apply with a very small brush to the top and bottom lash line of the eyes. Slightly blend some of the colour away using a clean cotton bud.
  3. Apply the MAC red lip liner on the bottom inside of the water line very faintly.
  4. Apply two layers of latex ensuing the first layer is dry before applying the next.
  5. Once the latex is dry mix the darker red, darker green and yellow from the Supracolour pallet to create brown. Apply this with your finger to the lips; also apply some of the red which you already have made on your hand to the lips in a dabbing motion.
  6. Using a disposable mascara wand apply D1 from the Dermacolour concealer to the eyebrows, brushing it against the natural grain of the hair growth.
  7. Mix a slightly darker grey colour from the Supracolour pallet and use as a slight contour to the cheeks.
  8. Using a powder puff heavily apply the Illamasqua translucent powder all over the face, lips, ears and neck.
  9. Apply Vaseline to the eye area to give a greasy effect.
  10. Apply the Intrigue blusher all over the face to give a very powdery and dusty effect to the skin.

How to create my final hair design for Miss Havisham:

  1. Pin curl the models hair leaving a rim of hair all around the hairline.
  2. Apply talc and dry shampoo to the hair which has been left away from the pin curls, you should also then backcomb this section of hair to give it a lot of texture. You should also comb and pin the models real hair over within the wig.
  3. Apply the wig securing it with hair pins, two at either side of the head.
  4. You should then also apply the veil to the top of the bun and the three flowers in the front section behind/on top of the head.

You should ensure that the wig, the natural hair and the accessories in the hair are looking very powdered. You can apply more talc and/or dry shampoo to the hair.
